Our Real Alloy facility in Chicago Heights is looking for an experienced Shipping Laborer to join our team! If you’re seeking a hands-on role in an industrial environment with opportunities for growth and wage advancement, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do:

• Load and unload finished goods (sows, shot, cone) from trucks and vans

• Move materials, equipment, and products throughout the facility

• Support daily shipping operations with basic computer and system use

• Assist with inventory tracking and related tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting preferred

• Experience operating Forklifts and Heavy Machinery

• Ability to safely handle materials and work in a fast-paced environment
