Responsibilities

Real Alloy in Sapulpa opened up a unique opportunity and is looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technician to join a strong team that helps keep the plant moving. Do you like solving complex problems, diagnosing difficult issues, and do you thrive in a safety focused industrial environment?

 

In this hands-on role, you'll work across electrical, mechanical, and maintenance disciplines, tackling everything from advanced troubleshooting, to equipment installation and repair. If you enjoy variety in your work day and take pride in precision, this is the opportunity for you.  

 

Industrial electrical background preferred, with Mechanical abilities, mobile equipment repair, welding, and general maintenance knowledge a bonus

 

Monday through Friday 6:45am-3:15pm shift. Pay range $32 - $35/hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

Industrial Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technician - Electrical - General Maintenance

 

  • 3+ years of work experience in trade profession or industrial maintenance.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Able to demonstrate strong proficiency in troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
  • Valid electricians license preferred but not required.
  • Must be able to see color to discern color-coded wiring.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of basic computer functions and office software applications.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and be on-call as needed.
  • Advanced technical training through trade school or higher education; willingness to learn new skills through ongoing training.
