Responsibilities

Production Labor - $22.95 starting pay

  • What you’ll start out doing?
  • Learn our safety and quality procedures.
  • Build a variety of skills related to processing and melting aluminum scrap, then transferring molten aluminum into molds.
  • What to expect:
  • This is a heavy industry environment with high safety and quality standards.
  • Training will be on day shift then transition to schedules 7a-3p 2 week rotation, 3p-11p 2 week rotation, 11p-7a 2 week rotation

 

MONTHLY INCENTIVE BONUS: earn up to $500.00

Our Real Alloy business in Chicago Heights, IL has a career opportunity for an experienced Production Labor in Industrial Manufacturing. The Production Laborer is tasked with processing aluminum scrap and operates on a melting furnace. This can include burner control, in addition to charging, melting, and transferring molten metal into DEOX when needed. If you are looking for a growth opportunity with wage advancement options we have the Production Laborer position for you.

 

As our new Production Laborer, you will:

· Prepare material for melting.

· Assemble material into the furnace at the proper temperature.

· Employees will make certain material bins are straight, clean, and orderly.

· Confirm that raw material loads are processed completely.
