• What you’ll start out doing:
• Learn our safety and quality procedures.
• Build a variety of skills related to processing and melting aluminum scrap, then transferring molten aluminum into molds.
• What to expect:
• This is a heavy industry environment with high safety and quality standards.
• You start training on day shift working 8 hr. shifts, M-F. Then transition to 2nd shift after training period.
