We are looking for a highly skilled, results driven, focused and experienced HR Generalist to join our Real Alloy- Loudon, TN Team. As a business partner to the plant leadership team, you'll help drive a positive employee culture. Our ideal candidate for this position will be a talented HR Generalist with knowledge of Human Resources area including the rules & regulations for state and federal employment laws. You will be responsible for processing and maintaining all employee related records, recruiting employees, administering payroll for hourly paid employees, and day-to-day administration of HR related activities.  You will also provide administrative support in the other departments as needed such as Accounting and Purchasing.

 

If you are an HR Generalist who can:

 

• Provide support to Regional HR Manager with performance management, employee engagement, coaching and developing, succession planning, workforce planning and employee relations.
• Process Hourly Payroll.
• Interact with plant employees on the production floor.
• Complete new-hire process including requisitions, recruiting, and on-boarding processes.
• Maintain HR related training documents.
• Provide necessary training
• Provide excellent communication skills
• Compile and analyze statistical reports concerning key HR metrics (i.e., recruitment and EEO, headcount, and turnover) and advise Human Resources Management & Plant Management on areas of concern
• Provide Accounts Payable support by completing data entry in oracle and matching up metals & non-metals invoices.

If you are an individual with:

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a generalist role with a strong background in recruiting; manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• A high school degree or an associate degree.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Proven ability to function successfully with minimal supervision.
• Very strong computer skills and analytical skills required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office products. Experience with Dimensions  preferred.
