REAL ALLOY is the market leader in third-party aluminum recycling and specification alloy production.  Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, we have 17 plants strategically located across the United States, Mexico, and Canada.  We convert aluminum scrap and by-products into reusable aluminum metal for a growing number of applications across various industries. Responsibilities

As the new REAL ALLOY Operations Planner/Analyst for our Morgantown, Kentucky location, you will provide direct assistance to the Operations Managers in the daily production operations at Morgantown with planning, blending, scheduling, directing and coordinating all aspects of raw materials from incoming loads through to the melting & pouring process and partner with production personnel to meet customer expectations. The Operations Planner/Analyst will also help provide continous improvement, technical, and anlaytical support for Opeations.

Qualifications

Operations Planner/Analyst

 

  • High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years working with aluminum scrap & alloys preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing experience is required
  • Proven ability to function with minimal supervision while also leading projects
  • Ability to plan and organize effective and efficiently
  • Results and detail oriented
  • Ability to handle multi-tasks. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (teamwork oriented) a must
  • Committed to high standards of ethics and integrity
  • Desire for advancement within the organization
